Would an immigration attorney be retained for this purpose?

An ex broke into mine buy doxycycline online and my fiancee’s home. He received deferred adjudication on a first degree felony (Texas). He only carries a green card, and this crime obviously qualifies as moral turpitude. We never want him to bother us again.
What kind of lawyer do we consult to get him removed from the country?

You can retain an immigration lawyer if you want to in order to understand what will happen although I recommend sending a formal complaint to ICE and Pressing charges through the Local Police department as well. You can ask to meet with an ICE officer and take all your documents showing police reports and have his information including birth date, full name, A number if you have it and have your formal complaint with you at the time.
You would need to go and see the Immigration Officer at the nearest appliance centre.
Maybe an immigration attorney could help you sound less like a vindictive *****.
You report him to ICE http://www.ice.gov/
only they can remove him… or you use the more traditional texas method
You can consult anyone you want, you are just wasting time. No lawyer will take your case and immigration has more important things to do.
You already got your justice and as I see you can try to take revenge.
