Wills who should arrange ones parents funeral?

Who should arrange ones can you buy prescription drugs online without a prescription parents funeral? And can an executor recieve from a relatives will?
Usually the person closest to the deceased handle the details.
Anyone (usually family) can arrange a funeral. When my grandfather died, my mom, aunt, and uncle paid for a funeral home.
Anyone named in a will as a recipient can get what was left to them.
