Say for example "A"s will states that "B" should get this item when he order prescription drugs online dies. But before he died he told "C" that he wanted them to have it instead, who gets its it? B or C?
If the item is still in "a" posession at time of death, unless item must be sold to pay off estate debt. will is GOD, and B get it in most cases.
