What would happen if a vampire made a pregnant woman into a vampire?

Would they have a vampire baby? how would that online drugs no prescription work with breastfeeding? Or would she be pregnant for eternity?
they would have a fun time coming up with names! Little bloodsucker the first; Wolfgang Fangs Amadeus…Hairy Nightshade Vamp., the 3rd. They would start saving for night school. The mom would wear a metal beastshield to nurse. If she simply just stays pregnant, never delivers. , then vampires would soon die out, yes? Red would, of course, be the color for the nursery…
She would be pregnant for eternity, that would really suck.
well he baby would be born as soon as she was turned and would need to drink formula because the girl stops making milk and the vampire would be human

they would probably be able to cut the baby out of her, but then the baby, no matter how un developed it was would remain that way forever. that would be the cruelest thing to do to anyone. the woman’s body would heal but her mind never would. the trauma of losing a child (for that is what they would have to do as you could never ever have a vampire foetus and let it live, its mind would continue todevelope and since its a vamp it cant die) think of that. its even more evil than changing a child and that’s horrific. this is an interesting question but horrible to think of.
