What would cause a random throb in the top right part of my skull?

There is little to no pain,just feels like someone pushes on one spot of my head. One throb will occur then another will occur a while after the other(like 5-6 mins.) What buy rx drugs without prescription could this be?
I’m in the health field and when it comes to your head/skull it is nothing to mess around with. I know it’s a pain to go to a Dr. and get a test, but what is a few hours compared to being a vegetable in a wheelchair the rest of your life because of something that could have been easily taken care of after you go to the Dr.
maybe something stressing you… I get the same thing you are explaining. i’ve gotten it over stress… but sometimes it happens like when your eye twitches. i’ve gotten MRI and scans done and there isn’t anything wrong with me, but go to the doctor and check just to be on the safe side.
