what is the procedure when adopting a child through a private attorney?

we are looking into different adoption options and I have not found a lot of information about online prescription drugs without a prescription this option. how does it work and what was your experience like? thanks =]
my first son was adopted in a private attorney adoption (i dont reccomend it) and i dont think its all that common anymore. they generally do not facilitate open adoption which is what has been looked at as the better option lately. they also do not offer or require counceling for birth parents which in my opinion, greatly reduces the frequency of disruption.
