My sister is 17 years old. she wants to move back in with our father. she was "adopted" 2 years ago by our fathers aunt and uncle. our father never signed any papers or was ever notified of an adoption. could the aunt and uncle have went through with the adoption without his consent? my father has hired an attorney and she is summoning buy drugs online no prescription the aunt and uncle to court.. to provide adoption papers to see if they can legally hold my sister. i would like to know if they could have legally completed the adoption without his signature.

(please spare opinions on why you think she shouldn’t move out. you do not know how my sister is suffering)
i do know that they could’ve ran adds in the paper but my father has never come across anything like that.
