im not sure about fiancee visas but i know that for a work permit is like 600 a year!!! but be careful whom you hire as your lawyer! good luck!
It realy depends on the attornet it self. They typically bill by the hour, and will a average lawyer will charge 250 an hour. Its hard to say how many hours it might take to complete your file.
Depending on what solicitors firm you go to every attorney charged dif fees, look around and find one that fits into your budget.
You shouldn’t need one. If you follow the instructions on the forms and website, you’ll be fine.
BTW, it’s not an attorney who processes the visa. They only tell you what you can find out for free online and can possibly help you out if you ***** up.

why are you looking for a lawyer? You can do this by yourself, many ppl do, just like myself, it can be done and its much cheaper. There are many websites that will help you through this process, i’ve personally used 2 websites that were extremely helpful and they got me through it all, i am now working on my husbands AOS and waiting on a decision, hopefully we get approved!!
The only reason why most ppl do use a lawyer, well 1, they can afford it, 2- they have been in trouble with the law in the U.S. or has been deported, or any other kind of issues.

I’ve seen charges ranging from $1800 to $4000 and upwards. I honestly don’t think it’s worth it unless you have a very complicated case.
Catholic social services offer low cost, good quality immigration lawyers and charge according to your means. You don’t have to be Catholic to use them.
Go to where you will find free guides and forums full of people who have been through the process and can offer advice based in their own experience. I used it for my K-1 visa and didn’t need a lawyer at all. I got my visa within 5 months of the initial petition and was married less than 2 months later.
