Is there anything that I need to bring or how without prescription drugs can I be prepared for the consultation? If you have any stories I would like to hear about them!
First of all I am an American Citizen – I am just asking for your advice. Don’t write stupid answers!
My husband is illegal. He has been here for 13 years and has a son who was born here. I would like him to be a resident. He is a very hard worker and we are not on any kind of welfare! He even pays his child support on time which my ex husband, who is legal, has not paid me a dime.

bring any documentation you have received from immigration, your passport, I-94 card
make sure you are really late!!!! You should also bring some black tar heroin with you to the meeting. Make sure you tell them you have it on you!!!!
Yes, learn to speak English
brinf as much documentation as you can… when i went to my attorney, they needed tons of things and asked us for dates and places i lived from birth!
They told us to bring any forms that we have filled or started to fill out for immigration and criminal records if you have any.
why do you need to meet with a lawyer? what are you trying to do>
It would depend on what you are consulting about.
Bring copies of all of his documents, passport, etc. Tell the truth, do not hide anything.
Get a notepad.. write down what options are available for him, pros and cons for each one.. time frame, etc.
