Has anyone ever filed a complaint against an immigration attorney?

About a year and a half ago my husband and I went to an immigration attorney and she filled out the paperwork for an I-130 (petition for a relative) and charged us $2200. The whole time were under the impression that the $2200 was for the whole process, not just for filling out the I-130 forms. Has anyone had a similar situation where the agreement with an attorney was not clear and ended up getting ripped off? Do you think I can file a complaint with the ABA and get some of my money back?
