I’m a hospice nurse I can’t imagine seeing someone laying on the floor and not even checking to see if they are ok!

The hospital was responsible for her death. 25 mil < a human life. And trust me, the hospital can EASILY afford it.
you cant buy a dead person back alive, and she was in the hospital, the hospital was supposed to take her in and check her, not leave her to die in a waiting room and ignore her. People will always demand something to replace their loved ones.
i understand but the fact that they are taking money away from the hospital that could have gone to prevent this from happening again, besides what was stopping them from staying with their mother. although the hospital could have done a lot to prevent this, if the children didnt leave their sick mother in the waiting room and maybe one of them stayed with her the outcome may have been different
The hospital is responsible for it’s employees… waiting 24 hours and then being ingored after falling on the floor is what I call a screw up in the system…Think logically and don’t over think things! Put yourself in the daughters position…would you just say “oh well, i guess that’s it then”?….The people deserve what they are getting… also, they are trying to cover it up meaning that they don’t think it’s a big deal, meaning that they are capable of doing this again…
