I need to file form I-601 Extreme Hardship Waver for Immigration. I have pharmacy whithout prescription Amoxil Online appoyment for my husband on July 31 2008. Can anyone help.

Do not bother paying for an attorney unless you believe your husband would qualify. Just because you are a citizen does not mean you can get a waiver for your spouse who has already been determined to be excludable. If you could be admitted as an immigrant to his country of citizenship or if you can work/are working to support yourself (and any child), there is no "hardship," and certainly no "extreme hardship."
Also, you will probably have to pay the full attorney’s fee and filing fees in advance, so make sure you have sufficient funds available to pay for the attorney and the $545 filing fee.
If you feel certain your grounds are valid, and you have the funds for an attorney, any attorney listed in the Yellow Pages who is an "immigration attorney" can file this form.
