I have a friend that is pregnant and already has 2 small children, I can’t have any children but would love a child, she prescription drugs online without a prescription wants to give me her baby when it is born but I cant afford an adoption attorney is their any way to take legal custody of the baby with out having to get lawyers fees involved?

I’m sorry, but in order to protect your rights and insure the welfare of your adopted baby, you must get a competent attorney to represent you in a court of law. This is not a situation that you can present a simple contract that will protect you and the child from a situation in the future. People pay 10/20,000 to adopt, you can probably get it done for 2,000. Call legal aid or lawyers referral service.
Contact your state and inquire about guardianship. If the mother is willing to allow you to, ad no other family members contest, it requires filing of paperwork for very minimal filing fees and a court appearance. Legal guardianship gives you all the rights to make medical and educational decisions for the child.
You can either leave it as a permanent legal guardianship, or in the future, if your finances change and there is a need to adopt them, you can do so. Your chances would be strengthened by having already established a relationship with the child.
However, as I said, family members have first rights! Do you know if her mother or the babies father would stake a claim? if they do, you are in for a prolonged and very expensive custody battle that will hurt the child tremendously.
