I just turned 21 and want to sponsor my mother to live in the US.
I’m familiar antibiotics with the steps I have to take but I would prefer to work with an attorney.
My mother is Cuban but lives in Bolivia.
I’m a US citizen.
Any tips would be great!
Thank you.
I knew someone would say that. Funny..

Hi Miguel,
As you are saying that you’re familiar with the steps, that sounds good..but i strongly recommend you to proceed with a good attorney for quick process. Because the standard immigration laws are very complex and the process can be uncertain and stressful. It is very difficult for you proceed. An immigration attorney will examine all your difficulties and explain you in detail to you all of the immigration information required. They will translate immigration law and policy, and interpret these laws and policies.
I am providing one of the good attorney’s website who is also providing free phone consultations.link for you . Check it ,if necessary. hope this will help you.

A good immigration attorney would advise you that we’re all filled up here and that we don’t need anyone else. The welcome sign is down.
You don’t say in which state you reside, but if you reside in Massachusetts I can recommend to you a competent and honest immigration attorney.
Send me an e-mail if you are interested, and I will e-mail you her contact information.
If you can fill out 3 simple forms you can do it yourself and save about $2,500.
You fill out I-130, I-864 and G-325A. That’s it. Mail them all in with a check for $355 and you’re finished.
The forms are here…..

If you insist on using a lawyer, a total wast of money IMHO, any member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association will do a good job for you. You can find one near you on their web site….

I’ve used Melissa Sargeant on several occasions for some of my family members in Poland. She’s great, very quick to respond (unlike other attorneys I’ve worked with) and she’s pretty good about considering our budget. She’s in the SF bay area though. You didn’t mention where you are.

The site below has some immigration lawyers and also offers reviews so you can see how good they are. Hope this helps!
