I gave a trusted Cialis friend,The Health Care Power of Attorney,on me.The person I gave the power of attorney, to thinks that they can order my family,to pay for some of my health care.Due to the fact that I might lose my house, due to my medical expenses. Can my friend do that?

No. That’s crazy.
the moment this ‘friend’ started doing this,, should be the moment you release them from being your POA..
a Health care power of attorney, ONLY lets that person make medical choices for you if (IF) you are unable to do so.. in NO WAY are they allowed to ask family members to pay for ANYTHING..
… and the next time you give someone POA over you. find out first what they are allowed to do and NOT allowed to do..
No, it is only to make medical decisions in the event you are incapacitated. I gave my daughter the power to pull my plug.
