I would highly reccomend that you not do it. Anti-abortion fanatics have just used this rheteric to take your child away for very little $, if any at all to you. The attorneys/agencies make alot of money of this business. Abortion has been around since THE BEGINING OF TIME. If it were REALLY murder and that big of an issue, don’t you think that God might have mentioned it specifically in the bible? They were having abortions then. It wasn’t considered murder. ABORTIONS ARE LEGAL.
latisha… couldn’t quite follow your "babble", but I believe what you’re trying to say is… that you are saying abortions are illegal? THEY ARE LEGAL.
THIS IS FOR WOMEN/GIRLS WHO ARE THINKING OF ADOPTION… but thanks for your bible thumping rhetoric. By the way what language did Jesus speak? What do you really know about the bible? Why didn’t God mention abortion in the bible, when it was a common practice? Why didn’t he clarify it then? Why 2000 years later do you seem to have all the answers?
Hi Lisa G… I’m glad you’re here too! I’m glad you have great parents (I really hate to use "adoptive" to describe parents/children) I’m glad you can appreciate what you’re birth mother went through to have you. I can promise that she loved you more than she loved herself. I know that she did the best she could. Did you know there’s actually a day set aside called Birth Mother’s day? It’s the week before Mother’s day. Unfortunately you won’t find many birth mothers celebrating it. They are too afraid to come out and have people know they had to give their child away for adoption. I was in the bookstore recently and it was written for and about women who had given their children up for adoption and what they went through mentally and physically. I forgot the name. Please read it. I sat in the store and cried tears I didn’t know I had.

My spouse left me abruptly and I was a stay at home mother, so, I have no money to call my own. we have a 2 1/2 yr. old. I need to know if I hired an attorney, would he legally have to pay the bill for the attorney? he has a great family attorney that is well payed and He said if I had a states attorney or even an outside attorney that since he pays his attorney so much Ill get "screwed". (his words) what advice does anyone have.
