I am getting a new laptop soon and it will include a free Windows 7 upgrade. Should I refrain from downloading a lot of programs on my new laptop till I install? How long will the install take — and will I need to backup my data before I start installation?

I was recently licensed to practice law in Indiana. I want to practice family law primarily. I know that I cannot, as a new attorney, charge the same fees as a seasoned attorney, but I don’t even know how to go about setting my fees. Any help????

First meeting was in Iowa – 9 people present including lawyer. One of the of the disgruntled children taped the meeting without the mother, lawyer, and at least 3 of the other siblings knowing. Is this legal? How do we proceed?
Second meeting in Illinois: 6 people present (mother & 5 children) One of the of the disgruntled children taped the meeting without the mother, and at least 2 of the other siblings knowing. Is this legal? How do we proceed?
Can this disgruntled child share these tapes with individuals doing business with Mother and 2 siblings not knowing about the tapes? What can be done?
